Conditions for Refund:
Cards must be in new condition—no signs of wear and tear. We want that fresh-out-of-the-box feeling for you and the next lucky shopper.
Apparel must be unwashed and in new condition. We understand that trying on clothes is a must, but to keep things fair, we ask that you don't hit the spin cycle before deciding.
How to Initiate a Refund:
If your item meets the conditions above and you're not 100% satisfied, go ahead and LOGIN to your account and use the Self-Serve Returns Portal.
Refund Process:
Inspection - Once we receive your returned items, our team will give it a once-over to ensure it meets our refund criteria.
Refund Issuance - If everything checks out, we'll process your refund promptly. You'll receive the refund through the original payment method.
Exclusions:
Final Sale Items - please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds. We'll always make this clear at the time of purchase.
